COLLECTION & TESTING
All COVID-19 collection and testing will be billed as followed:
(1) Health insurance, (2) CARES ACTS or NC Medicaid MVC for uninsured, or (3) self pay. Most insurance carriers cover symptomatic and exposure testing at 100%. We accept all major insurances and credit cards.

Test results available SAME DAY before midnight.
COVID- 19 Rapid *UNINSURED* $FREE
Test results available SAME DAY before midnight.
Rapid Strep Test *Strep* $50
Test results available SAME DAY before midnight.
Influenza A & B *Flu* $30
Results must be read between 48-72 hours or testing will have to be repeated for an additional fee.
Urine Drug Screening $50
Test results available at time of appointment.
Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) $50
Test results available SAME DAY before midnight.
TB Skin Test $30
Results must be read between 48-72 hours or testing
will have to be repeated for an additional fee. (1 Hour Expedited Option Not Available for this screening.)
